My wife and I met Nico when we started the process of building a new house. He was associated with the builder that we had selected. He was at our initial meeting with the builder and we found Nico personable and knowledgeable. When it came time to sell the house we were currently living in, we hired Nico mainly for convenience. We quickly came to realize how lucky we were for this decision. Nico immediately took charge, staged the house, photographed, listed and sold our house expertly. He was very professional, timely, respectful, available and honest. The experience was a pleasant one. We sold our house quickly and for more than list price so I would say we were very satisfied.
